The Barton Springs-Edwards Aquifer Conservation District Board of Directors will hold a Public Hearing at its regular meeting on Thursday, August 14, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. at the District office, 1124 Regal Row, Austin, Texas, 78748.
The Public Hearing concerns proposed revisions to the District Rules and Bylaws related to amending the aquifer-test requirement tiers as reflected in the Guidelines for Hydrogeologic Reports and Aquifer Testing and related to District Rules: 2.1, 3-1.18, 3-1.20, 3-1.23, 3-1.24, 3-3.7, 3-7.3, 3-7.5, 3-7.6, 3-7.7, 3-8.9, 3-7.10, and 4-1.4
