The Groundwater Management Area 10 Joint Planning Committee is comprised of district representatives from the groundwater conservation districts located wholly or partially within the boundaries of GMA 10, including: Edwards Aquifer Authority, Medina County GCD, Uvalde County UWCD, Plum Creek CD, Barton Springs Edwards Aquifer CD, Comal Trinity GCD and Kinney County GCD.

Consideration of and possible action on the following:
1. Call to Order.
2. Public comment.
3. Receipt of posted notices.
4. Approval of March 14, 2016, minutes.
5. Update and report from the Texas Water Development Board.
6. Update on public hearings for the approved proposal for DFCs, by GCDs within GMA 10.
7. Update on the Explanatory Report by Ron Green from Southwest Research Institute.
8. Report on regional water planning activities by GMA 10 representatives to Regions J, K, and L.
9. Next meeting date, location, and agenda items.
10. Adjournment.
